STUDENTS

Welcome students!

We are a diverse student family at Severn drawn from UWE and Bristol University. No matter what background, culture or querks: we LOVE and CELEBRATE vibrancy and distinctiveness.

This year we are using Fleeky to describe what we're all about:

FUN We are a community that enjoys life and puts value on having a good time!!

LOVE We choose to actively love our campus, our city and our church through DIY SOS, Soup Run, Club Loving and other social action projects.

EAT Every week after church, we hang out over food and if it is your first time with us, then we want to pick up the bill as a welcome to the city.

EXPLORE We want to go deeper into the Bible, deeper into seeing the miraculous become reality and take risks in sharing what we believe.

KING In all that we do, we want to be firmly rooted in Christ, who is the King of our lives and the One who has set us free.

YOU We want to grow in our identity and live into the knowledge that we are individually, unconditionally loved by God.

Severn Vineyard church has been a home away from home for me, it has been so welcoming and everyone has been so lovely. I feel I’ve found the perfect place to continue my journey with God and I can’t wait for what’s to come.

Severn Students has meant so much to me over the past year and a half. To have a community of friends where you can be real and honest with each other, pursue God together, have fun and simply share life is so important and the students at Severn have been that for me. Having people from day one that I knew would support me was amazing in that time of transition to uni. This year it’s been so good to pick up where we left off, deepening relationships whilst inviting new people into our community and looking to go deeper with God together.
