Severn’s Summer Get Togethers
Through the summer of 2024, we’ve been spreading out across the city of Bristol to gather for brunches, lunches, picnics and walks instead of having Sunday services at The Station. Our final event is:
August 25th, 10.30am - walk and picnic at Oldbury Court, gathering at the adventure playground (BS16 2JH). Lis Lung will lead a family friendly stroll to Snuff Mills and back. It will follow this fully paved route through a woodland valley, along a river, past a waterfall and through beautiful community gardens. There is one bit of steep slope down to the river, but otherwise it’s flat and lots of people have found it’s suitable for buggies.
The plan is to get back to Oldbury Court for noon for a picnic, and you’re also most welcome to join us there, even if you didn’t fancy the walk!
