New to Severn Vineyard?

Welcome! Whether you are new to church and faith, still exploring Jesus or even new to the Vineyard family of churches, you are so welcome!

Below are some options to help you get involved.

Sundays - everyone is welcome!

We have one service at 10am and we’d love to invite you to come along and meet us, worship Jesus with us and meet others who call Severn Vineyard their home! To join in with us, go to Sunday services.

Families (including Kids & Youth)

We love to welcome families to worship together and you’d be so welcome with your family! We have a range of activities for children of all ages, which they can do during our online meeting, before or after or even during the week! You can find out more about Vineyard Kids activities or Youth here.

Students

Whether you’re a student at Bristol University or UWE or elsewhere, a first year, second year, gap year or final year student, then welcome! You can find out more about getting involved on our dedicated Students page.

Everyone!

We are a diverse group of people from different backgrounds, countries, languages and churches, spanning a variety of age groups. To help you feel at home and find people that you can best connect with, we have a wide variety of Community Groups. Community Groups are at the heart of who we are: they help us to get to know others and be known amongst a growing church. To find out more, visit our Community Groups page.

Newcomers’ Forum

One of the best ways to get to know someone is by sharing stories, and we would love to tell you ours! We’re unable to host our Newcomers’ Dinner Parties at the moment and so would recommend you come online to one of our Newcomers’ Forums, held monthly and hosted by Owen & Claire, Lead Pastors of Severn Vineyard.

To find out more or sign up go to our Newcomers’ Gathering.

Alpha is great way for people to explore the bigger questions in life in a friendly, informal setting.

Alpha is great way for people to explore the bigger questions in life in a friendly, informal setting.

We dive into gaining a deeper understanding of what it means to "have faith" in the 21st Century with weekly short talks and then lots of chance to discuss elements of faith and Christianity. It’s a great opportunity to ask any question you like, say what you think and explore faith and life. It’s also completely free! It’s an online, 8 week course with a group of others who also wish to find out more about faith. To sign up for our next Alpha course, please do so below:
