CAP Life Skills

CAP Life Skills is a friendly group that gives people the confidence and decision making skills they need to survive life on a low income. We teach people practical money saving techniques, such as cooking on a budget, living healthily on less, and making your money go further.

Our Life Skills course is 6 weeks long, starts on Wednesday 23rd September, 1.30pm and we are delighted to be partnering with St. Peter’s Church, Bishopsworth, who will be the hosts for the course.
If you would like to join in with this course or a future one, please get in touch with Shelley Neal, CAP Life Skills Manager on 07878 042 850 or shelleyneal@caplifeskills.org. Alternatively, you can sign up for the course through our Community Group page.

We are so excited to be running the CAP Life Skills course and being able to help people gain new skills and discover new ways to live for a brighter future
